S An excellent book. I have an older book (from a different publisher) and it contains some basics of report design, but not as much as this book does; nor does the older book discuss the processing steps of a report (this author does in chapter 3). For the small price, this book is definitely a good buy.Just as a note. Wrox and APress (and even Microsoft) seem to be publishing fewer books these days, whereas Packt is publishing more. But the quality of Wrox and APress books just isn't seen in most Packt books. If there were two books of the same number of pages on the same subject, and the Wrox or APress book was twice as much as the Packt book, I'd still buy the Wrox/APress book.
Great read and well written book. Very useful for whosoever wants to learn SQL Reporting Services. Paul Turley is one of the best weites in SQL world..
