Summer Cookbook by author Vesela Tabakova is a cookbook filled with plenty of summer-type recipes along with a few recipes you'd think be better for fall or winter cooking. Also, the recipe seems to be written for non-United States readers as you will find some recipes using non-US names. Finally, the cookbook uses some non-standard oven temps.Here are some of the soup recipes I found:Beef and Vegetable MinestroneBulgarian Meatball SoupEasy Fish SoupPotato Soup (this is served hot not cold as you would for Vichyssoise)Cold Cucumber Soup (served cold and made with yogurt, dill and walnuts)I'm sure I will not be preparing hot soup when it's 110 degrees outside as it's too hot for hot soup. Love the variety and ease of these recipes. Living in the southern heat can make cooking a chore. These will come in handy.
A lot of cook books on kindle only have a few of each type of dish. I really liked this book because it had a lot to choose from. Lots of great ideas and things I never would have thought to try. Great book, highly recommended.
Looking forward to preparing and eating some of these recipes in this book and I know that I will be adding some of them to my favorites
Some good recipes, but a lot that I will never use.
Summer Cookbook by Vesela Tabakova is a really great recipe book full of tasty summer dishes. I can't wait to try the "quinoa salad." Full of lots of lean meats and healthy veggies to start. If you're looking for some new recipe ideas this book is it!:)
